Horrible experience! They hired a new driver the night before, per conversation with the driver! I rented a bus on new years eve. I asked the time to be 12:30. The driver didn't come until 1:45am!!! This only happened after I found someone to give him directions downtown because he was on the wrong side of the bridge! It caused 6 people I mind you not to join in on the funds, ruined our night to go out as all the bars were closing! And that's not it! From being lost he was low on gas and had to atop at the gas station! And being new he didn't know how to work the music and took a half hour on the phone to call his boss and ask how!!!!!! Thirdly, mind you we were all drinking, the only thing we could do is complain and go to an ihop! He couldn't even do that because his whack gps couldn't get us to there and he took directions without the renters consent to drive halfway to Beaverton! I thought the whole time we were going to ihop, only to think we were lost! Only to find out we were only not getting food but we were 30+ minutes to our way back home. His driving caused 4 people to pull over and puke outside the bus for his speeding and sharp turning! We went home and our night was done! Horrible memories created from this business!
I called the manager multiple times that weekend and never received a call back. I told him I was highly dissatisfied with the service and the professionalism of his employees and that it was extremely unprofessional and that he ruined my new years! Never got a call back or a discount on my
I found Rip City Limo's by google when our previous company was no longer an option. Going off of reviews, we reached out to Carlo the owner to get reserved. From the start Carlo was responsive, attentive, all around amazing. Day of, we were greeted 10 minutes early by Brandon, our driver. From the second he introduced himself, he was professional and enthusiastic! IT WAS AMAZING! He was attentive, joined in on conversation periodically throughout the day and really enjoyable. We have done a few wine tours to date and this is bar far one of the best we have done! Brandon made that possible!
We will definitely be using Rip City again, and requesting Brandon as well.
