Finding the right limousine company can be difficult and over the past 3 weeks, I've called several companies trying to find the most effective way to transport my friends for my birthday brunch/wine tasting. I wanted something with a little style but nothing really over the top as we only needed a transportation for about 3 hours.
Initially I called Premiere and spoke to someone who gave me what I thought was a great quote....I didn't book it then as I was still waiting for my final headcount but once I was ready I gave them a call back to book. I ran into some issues with the next person that I tried to book with, as the quote was different and included a minimum number of hours (Our 3 hour ride didn't meet their minimum for wine tasting). After disputing back and forth, I gave up on booking with this company and found another.
A few days later, I got a call from the owner of Premiere... he heard my story and wanted to followup with me. I admit, I was over the situation of finding a limo and I wasn't particularly interested in chatting with the owner anymore but he was persistent about making things right with me. He said that he investigated the situation and because I had been quoted one thing in the beginning he would honor that price. He also said that he would make changes within his company to make sure a situation like the one I had didn't happen again.
By then, I had already booked with another company and wasn't able to get a refund on my deposit. The owner of Premiere , John went out of his way to call the company to try and get my refund back. He then quoted me a price with him that would be less my deposit that I paid with the other company just to make it up to me. The company I gave my deposit to was not as highly rated as Premiere and I really wanted to give Premiere my business after how hard they worked to make it up to me. I'm now confirmed for a Mercedes Sprinter Van with Premiere and I'm very excited for my upcoming trip. John even offered to call up a friend at a great winery in Napa to offer us some complimentary VIP tastings. This is what 5 star service is all about! Based on John's followup and his commitment to great customer service I'm giving them 5 stars. I'll also update after my ride
We would rate our Napa limo experience first class.. Our driver was very pleasant and fun to be around for the day, so professional and attentive. The limo itself was top notch, very clean, new and everything we expected and beyond. Thank you for making my wife's birthday a special day. I will definitely use your services to the wine country again.
