I booked a limo for prom and the reservation process was easy. They contacted me twice because I forgot to call back and provide pickup or drop off directions. The driver arrived early and interacted with the dads while the photo session was going on. The interior of the limo was beautiful and very clean. The kids reported no concerns. I will definitely use their service again.
We chose MTI for our getaway car. Our driver seemed distracted and was on his phone the whole ride, but he was on time, did not speed and took us to the correct location. He did get pulled over for "failing to yield his brights", which was mostly due to the fact that it was Memorial Day weekend and the cop was rude. However, it was not ideal for our wedding night. We ended up leaving our wedding cake in the car and they were nice enough to save it for us to get after the honeymoon. Overall, it was not the best experience, but not completely MTI's fault. I would recommend that the driver's not be on their phones making personal cars though.
I had quality interactions with booking and billing however our driver was not professional. By the time he realized he had misunderstood / misread the contract outlining the time for which he was booked, he had already gotten grumpy with members of my family. Ultimately he performed the duties for which he was hired but I would certainly book elsewhere in the future in an effort to avoid issues such as this.
Super easy to work with. They provided a town car and a shuttle service for our wedding both were on time and the driver of the town car was awesome

A classy choice for groups of 13-18 people. Legend’s custom designed Escalade is a true showpiece and a marvel of modern technology. Built by one of the top builder’s in the industry, the Escalade boasts the original Cadillac “white diamond” pearl white paint, 20” Lexani chrome wheels, a sleek solid window construction, and a fifth door up from on the passenger side. The added convenience of the fifth door is essential for bridal parties and groups of older clients because it allows for the vehicle to load its passengers form the front and the rear. The interior guarantees a “WOW” factor on whoever rides inside of it. First, it features a unique seating setup that allows all passengers to remain comfortable. At no time does any passenger sit across from anyone, in other words; there are no parallel benches. The seats are of Ostridge design material. The trunk is set up with a private, “VIP” or conversation pit that seats 3-4 adults with their own climate control and 20” flat screen TV.
