Citisedan Transportation

I used Citisedan for my fiancé's 30th birthday this past weekend and it was possibly the best party bus experience I've had to date (we usually do one to two a year).

I saw that there was a Groupon for the company, but if possible I always try to call the company directly to see if they will just honor the rate instead of purchasing via Groupon as I know the company only gets something like half the amount of it and Groupon pockets the rest. So for $319 we got a 5 hour rental on a party bus which was stocked with soda and water and solo cups, which I thought was a terrific deal. We tipped in cash afterwards.

Ojo could not have been any better to work with - he was our main point of contact and amazing! From booking the rental about 3 weeks prior, to me having to change the time frame, all of our communications were either followed up with or well documented via email. He sent new confirmations through anytime I changed something or added a new drop off location on our trip. I believe the pickup had to be within 20 miles of their business, but he was clear to say that once we were picked up we could go anywhere we wanted. We were taken from our house near downtown Dallas to Whirlyball in Plano, then to Cobra Brewing company in Lewisville and back again.

I was especially impressed with Ojo's communications the night and morning before the bus - we had a noon pickup and the rental fell during ice storm 2015 so I wasn't even sure if any of the places we were going were to remain open or if the icy conditions were even safe to navigate. Ojo called me at 9am that morning to say he was sending his driver out to check it out, and that he would call me again at 10:30 to make the call on whether the show could go on. At 10:27, sure enough, he called and let us know everything was good to go!

The bus driver, Darin, was also fabulous! He arrived 20 minutes early and was super patient with us and great at text updates when it was time to go based on the schedule I provided earlier. The bus was super nice inside and the sound system was also great and simple to use.

I will definitely plan to use Citisedan again for our future party bus needs!
