I just had a horrible experience with this company. Yes they were on time but they tried to charge me 75% more than yellow taxi! When I said it was over priced they responded 'why does it matter your company is paying for it'. They should not be taking advantage of business travelers and I will never use this service again. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible.

Excellent service at a reasonable rate! I used VIP Limos for my wedding in March 2017. Booking a limo was very simple. The customer service rep was very friendly and polite. On my wedding day, the driver was a gentlemen. He was great with timing and handling my requests. The limo was luxurious, the ride was smooth and the experience was pleasant. The driver accommodated everyone in the wedding party and seamlessly handled the transportation arrangements. Great experience. I highly recommend VIP Limos.

We used VIP Limos for our Cinco de Mayo Wedding, and everything was great! Steve set us up with Mike in the 26 passenger Escalade, and he went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Thank you Steve and Joan for allowing us to enjoy ourselves without having any worries!

My family has used this company for several years now. We do the airport drop off and pickup often as my husband travels often for business, and we also use them for family vacations. They provide a clean safe car seat that is installed correctly when needed. The service is perfect every time and they always arrive 15 minutes early. Drivers are always courteous and polite. We had Vlad drive us to the airport this morning and he was wonderful! I recommend this company, and will continue to use them!

I had a last minute request from my VP on a Friday at 5pm to get a town car for a group to come in on the following Monday at 1030 am.

I call STS and Baktash answered, he told me no problem and gave me the best price I had been quoted from all the services I called.

I told him book it, gave him all the locations and addresses for all stops, 10+ of them.

The driver Martin was incredible. My group was delayed and he was all over it!! He was there when my team arrived to greet our guests and texted me before he left or when he arrived at each location. Even when I had changes in drop offs and pick ups he was very understanding and oh so helpful.

I called to tell them I need them an extra 3 to 4 hours to take the visiting group back to their hotels and the Driver stayed and even told me when he got them home despite the late hour.

I then had a request at 11pm to get a car again for the morning to take the visiting guests around before their flight back home. So I call STS, Baktash said he wasn't sure he'd have a driver but that they would have the same car and if need be he would be the driver. - Yes success no failure no that ask!!!

Well morning comes I call at 8am to make sure we are set and Baktash tells me he has got me covered and will be there to get the first guy then head to get the next group.

He texted me at drop offs and pick ups and even told me once they had been dropped off for their flight.

In short my visitors felt My boss and I more over our executive team was top notch and that we do know how to host visitors more over our accounts.

It's all because of Seattle STS Town Car.

Needless to say they are my new go too for all driver or car needs visiting people.

Oh found them via Bing search as I am new to the area.

A huge thank you to Steve and Joan for making my Husbands 's 50th Birthday so awesome. Mike the driver, was professional, courteous and very patient with our group. The Escalade was clean and very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and everyone else....
