AWFUL. I use car services in other cities often, and this was by far the worst experience ever. There has to be a better place in BR. Our driver did not seem concerned about client service, and did not show any resourcefulness when navigating busy roads. And when I called to provide feeback that we were not happy with our experience, did I get anything resembling an apology? NO. The person I spoke to was argumentative and did not care that we had a bad experience. Also, she, like the driver, apparently does not realize that there is more than one way to get from Point A to Point B.

Capacity: 10 passengers and 8 pieces of luggage The limousines offer impressive room and numerous features such as AC/heat control, AM/FM radio, CD, & DVD player, dimmer controlled mood lights, L shaped leather seats, mirrored ceiling, and a champagne/wine bottle cooler. Crystal champagne flutes & glasses are provided along with the bar stocked with iced down soft drinks and bottled water. THE BAR WILL NOT BE STOCKED WITH ALCOHOL, BUT PASSENGERS THAT ARE 21 OR OLDER ARE ABLE TO BRING ALCOHOL IN THE LIMOUSINE.
