AWFUL. I use car services in other cities often, and this was by far the worst experience ever. There has to be a better place in BR. Our driver did not seem concerned about client service, and did not show any resourcefulness when navigating busy roads. And when I called to provide feeback that we were not happy with our experience, did I get anything resembling an apology? NO. The person I spoke to was argumentative and did not care that we had a bad experience. Also, she, like the driver, apparently does not realize that there is more than one way to get from Point A to Point B.
