You can pay less, but the service and reliability are worth it. Don't skimp...life is short and you're worth it.
I've been to conventions in Las Vegas where it's impossible to get a ride from and to the airport. And I didn't want to compete with other Lyfters (Uber is out of the question). I found MW on Yelp and I couldn't have been happier with my experiences using them this week.
First, the reservation process was smooth. I booked online and quickly received a confirmation email with all details and charges explained. By the time I got off my plane I had a text from my driver. He met me, handled my suitcase and we walked to the car parked right outside the baggage claim area. During the ride to my hotel I had a call from Stephanie to make sure everything was proceeding as planned; very thoughtful.
Then for my return ride I had a text from Stephanie the day before to confirm the time. I asked if we could adjust the time and it was no problem. And I was happy to receive a follow up email today asking about my experience. Two last things: the rates are great (even less than the deal offered by my convention) and so were the cars.
This company is amazing. My girlfriend went to Vegas for a graduation today and I booked this car for her to get picked up at the airport to make her trip easy. They called the day before to confirm and go over details of where they would be picking her up. They were so courteous! As soon as her plane landed, they called her and let her know where they were waiting. The driver picked her up and got her to her destination on time and she said that they were extremely courteous and nice to talk to. Next time we are in Vegas I will ONLY use this company because of their amazing customer service and attention to detail about the incoming flight and being there and waiting on time. Thanks again, you guys rock!!
I met Adam years ago through a mutual friend, and little did I know how lasting the business relationship would be!
8 (ok maybe 9) years later- I return to Vegas on a huge company trip complete with all of our top tier clients and he knocked it outta the park for us!
Our generously sized client group was not an issue. Starting with pick up from the airport in hummer limo with SUV for luggage.
The attention to detail for the pick up was outta bounds! We did not have to wait, touch the luggage or wait for our next drink- Adam took care of everything! From champagne in our hummer limo, with party music playing- completely kicking off the trip- to the concierge level service when the SUV collected the luggage without our efforts (fantastic!).
Every night, even on his day off!- he facilitated the bookings and pick up location/time effortlessly for me which was such a great help while planning events on the fly! If he wasn't picking us up, his contact would text me directly which really made the difference for timing.
Everyone loved every event and we all rode in style thanks to Adam :)
