I am blown away with this one .I have used them several times and the service is decent but today I had a really rude awakening and I realized I never wanted to do business with this company again . For the last several weeks I've watched one of their passes pullin to a parking stall and set idle for more than 2 and a 1/2 hours .whith No 1 in it but the driver. With a big sticker on the back saying we're saving the Earth one mile at a time. After trying to make several calls to thime just to get a live person. The response I got was really saddening From the to differ a ploys I talked to didn't really even care about this and kind of just blew me off I am sad to see them not be their motto Saving the Earth one mile at a time.Or at-least act like it when a customer calls up with a concern If nothing more

Can't believe I have to give a star. What a colossal fuck up.
They had one job. Drive a group of waiting paying passengers to a U2 show.
Totally botched it.
They picked us up an hour late. An hour. Knowing we would be driving in rush hour traffic with an additional 75,000 people on the road.
We missed the opening acts entirely. Barely made the opening of the show.
So much for stress free transport!
We had to ask the driver to let us out so we could walk since he was driving past the stadium to go park.

The ride home...totally confusing. They told us one thing. Luckily I had cell battery left to get the email on the pick up location which was totally different than what they told us.
Now...we wait. Let's see if we make it back ok...sitting on a bus. Waiting.
Do NOT use this "service". Total chaos and rip off.
Huge stresser.

Update....we left with the bus about a third full. I have to assume the other two-thirds were left stranded in Santa Clara.

Be warned they were operating under the name Get2theEvent.

They had one job.

Our daughter's music program used Bauer's as the transportation provider for an event down to Southern California. Ken English was our driver & did a fantastic job overall! He has an up beat personality, happy and most of all a safe driver! Highly would recommend him!

CADILLAC ESCALADE ESV

A LITTLE HISTORY The Cadillac Escalade is a full-size luxury SUV engineered and manufactured by Cadillac. It was Cadillac’s first major entry into the popular SUV market. The Escalade was introduced for the 1999 model year in response to German and Japanesecompetitors and to Ford’s 1998 release of the Lincoln Navigator. The Escalade project went into production only ten months after it was approved. The Escalade is built in Arlington, Texas. The name Escalade refers to a siege warfare tactic of scaling defensive walls or ramparts with the aid of ladders or siege towers. The 1999 Escalade was identical to the 1999 GMC Denali, but was redesigned for the 2002 model year to make its appearance fall more in line with Cadillac’s “art and science” design theme. Escalade production went on hiatus for the 2001 model year. The Escalade ESV (based on the Chevrolet Suburban) and its former sibling the Escalade EXT (based on the Avalanche sport utility truck) were made in Silao, Mexico, before the 2007 redesign; the new Escalade ESV is sourced from Arlington, Texas. As of 2015, the Cadillac Escalade is available in every country that Cadillac is available in, except Israel. The Escalade ESV version is available in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Middle East. It is Cadillac’s largest luxury oriented, passenger and load carrying vehicle which was previously served by the Cadillac Commercial Chassis.
