They still keep insisting that it is a 30 day cancellation policy but according to my email receipt I have 14 days and I cancelled within that time period. See the picture I added.
Just a warning too, I called multiple transport companies and everyone was very flexible with their cancellation policy, so for that reason you shouldn't choose these people.
Also when I called multiple times to follow up about my cancellation, they never mentioned the 30 day policy only that they would refund me. And of course then I never heard back from them. Very dishonest!!! I don't and wouldn't run my business this way and we are a 5* yelp rated business.
Great service and knows how to be discreet and eficiente. I work in the Entertainment buisness and they have one of the best transportation services in Orlando. Would definitely use them again.
