They still keep insisting that it is a 30 day cancellation policy but according to my email receipt I have 14 days and I cancelled within that time period. See the picture I added.
Just a warning too, I called multiple transport companies and everyone was very flexible with their cancellation policy, so for that reason you shouldn't choose these people.
Also when I called multiple times to follow up about my cancellation, they never mentioned the 30 day policy only that they would refund me. And of course then I never heard back from them. Very dishonest!!! I don't and wouldn't run my business this way and we are a 5* yelp rated business.
Great service and knows how to be discreet and eficiente. I work in the Entertainment buisness and they have one of the best transportation services in Orlando. Would definitely use them again.

In addition to its extensive use as corporate travel vehicle, our late model luxury sedans provide great comfort for families as well. For years, our reasonably priced luxury sedans have been and will continue to be an affordable and unmatched alternative to conventional taxis which offer little or no luxury at all. And compared with the Stop-N-G0 “Shuttle Shuffle” experience during cruise transportation, our exclusive sedans go far in providing tremendous savings and efficiency in all your transportation needs.
