Great ride on the way there - friendly, clean, on time.

45 minutes late on the way back. Lied about the delay time as well, saying 15 minutes late, then 25, but it was 45 total.

Additionally, once in the car, he tried to convince us that "we still had plenty of time to get to our plane and that it was no big deal." Not what you tell an unhappy customer!

I should have been tipped off by the website not having a permanent street address and when the phone was answered it sounded like the dude was driving. I reserved a car to meet me at the airport, I got a weird email saying I didn't provide the flight number which I did, and he corrected it when I called him. When I arrived at Orlando, the driver was not there. I called and he claimed the reservation was down, but I am pretty conviced he lost the post it. He then said he could get a car in 20 minutes, I feared it would be 50 minutes, He then cancelled the reservation and told me to go to Mears. I wound up getting a taxi instead and I confirmed he cancelled the reservation. Too bad, someone who could actually provide some service there could really do well.
