Reliable and professional. Have been using this service every week to get to/from airport for 2 years. Owner runs a tight ship.
At one point I would have rated 5 stars. But after scheduling airport pickups 3 times and being 30+ minutes late 3 times and now I am at 1 hour late this time after being told 15 minutes ago they were 7 minutes away.... Well you do the math.
I won't say horrible service, but I will say it sucks bad.
I was injured in a car accident and needed a ride home from the ER. I called for a pickup outside the ER entrance so the driver new I had been injured and was taking me home. I asked him to stop at the pharmacy so I could get my prescription filled and I would pay for the time and he refused to wait. Dumped me out and told me to call for another taxi, he had to go pickup another fair and couldn't wait. What an A hole.
Never will I use this service again, I would rather walk
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I reserved a limo a week in advance to pick up my boss & family to take them to the airport for their vacation. I emailed back and forth with Emil and confirmed the date, time and address several times. They were supposed to pick up my boss & family at home at 6am on a Saturday and take the to the airport. They never showed so my boss called and the driver was AT THE AIRPORT! Then my boss had to scramble to get everyone loaded and drove himself to the airport almost missing their flight. I called Emil and he blamed it on the driver. It was Emil's responsibility to make sure the driver knew where to go and check his schedule. They charged me $180 for the trip that never happened!! I had to call and request my money back! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! BEWARE!! YOU MAY NOT EVER MAKE IT TO YOU EVENT IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I originally found Ballantyne Limousine from a random google search. I was desperate to find a ride to the airport that didn't involve punishing my family members by having them wake up at 4:30am on a weekend morning. Since that first time, I have used their service a few more times. Even though I had gone months between service, the drivers remembered me; and, I found that to be a pleasant surprise. The drivers I have interacted with have always been extremely pleasant, punctual and conversational. The cars are immaculate and very comfortable. There is a surcharge for wee hours of the morning pick-ups, but that is the norm for any car service and it was only $10. Definitely using them again!
