Wheelchair Accessible Shuttle Bus

Super easy to work with. They provided a town car and a shuttle service for our wedding both were on time and the driver of the town car was awesome

I had quality interactions with booking and billing however our driver was not professional. By the time he realized he had misunderstood / misread the contract outlining the time for which he was booked, he had already gotten grumpy with members of my family. Ultimately he performed the duties for which he was hired but I would certainly book elsewhere in the future in an effort to avoid issues such as this.

I booked a limo for prom and the reservation process was easy. They contacted me twice because I forgot to call back and provide pickup or drop off directions. The driver arrived early and interacted with the dads while the photo session was going on. The interior of the limo was beautiful and very clean. The kids reported no concerns. I will definitely use their service again.

We chose MTI for our getaway car. Our driver seemed distracted and was on his phone the whole ride, but he was on time, did not speed and took us to the correct location. He did get pulled over for "failing to yield his brights", which was mostly due to the fact that it was Memorial Day weekend and the cop was rude. However, it was not ideal for our wedding night. We ended up leaving our wedding cake in the car and they were nice enough to save it for us to get after the honeymoon. Overall, it was not the best experience, but not completely MTI's fault. I would recommend that the driver's not be on their phones making personal cars though.
