Slimy & deceptive. They advised me a rate of $75 yet when I was about to be picked up I was told some total BS and that the rate also needed to include gratuities, tolls &gas!! The total was then increased to $120!!

I took this car service to JFK this week and was a little nervous after reading the reviews. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again. The website is very user friendly and you can book and pay online- all fees are clearly explained (base rate does not include taxes, tolls or gratuities). The driver arrived early and was very nice.
