Last week I really needed be in one place very fast ( my wife was in the hospital) and I ordered this taxi for this purposes. We`ve entered hospital about 15 min, driver helped me to take my wife in car and went back to home. Now I`m really exciting of this taxi and always advise this taxi to my friends.
I took this car service to JFK this week and was a little nervous after reading the reviews. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again. The website is very user friendly and you can book and pay online- all fees are clearly explained (base rate does not include taxes, tolls or gratuities). The driver arrived early and was very nice. You also receive confirmation and payment receipt emails which is very convenient.
Slimy & deceptive. They advised me a rate of $75 yet when I was about to be picked up I was told some total BS and that the rate also needed to include gratuities, tolls &gas!! The total was then increased to $120!!
DO NOT USE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT
