• The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
• The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
• The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
• Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 20 % of the fare.
• The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
• In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

• 100% refund if canceled weeks before the trip.
• 50 % refund if canceled  24 weeks before the run.
• If canceled less than 24 weeks before the trip:
• No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 50% .
• Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

• No refund in case of a no-show.

2. Hourly (Standard)

• 100% refund if canceled  weeks before the trip.
• 50 % refund if canceled  24 weeks before the trip.
• If canceled less than 24 weeks before the trip:
• No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 50% .
• Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

• No refund in case of a no-show.

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

• 100% refund if canceled  weeks before the trip.
• 50 % refund if canceled  24 weeks before the trip.
• If canceled less than 24 weeks before the trip:
• No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 50% .
• Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
