Five-star experience from a very customer service-oriented company! I spoke with an actual person who guided me every step of the way, from limo selection to order to pick-up, all without a hitch. Sona communicated every detail throughout the process to ensure our birthdays celebration was a memorable one.
Joseph, our driver, delivered in a big way!!! He arrived well in advance. The cold, rainy day was no match for our toasty-warm Hummer limo. We had control of temperature, night club-style lighting, and best of all, music--all at our fingertips!
So take the credit that's sure to come from your friends and family when you choose Luxury Limousine of Seattle, because they will make you look like a star!
My firm uses Blackstone all the time for the past 5 years. Everyone at the firm is super particular too. We trust them and only them to drive our executives.
So, I decided to use them too on my own and they do a great job. They were on time and helped us load up our luggage. When we returned they are literally waiting on the curb for us right outside the baggage claim door. The drivers are courteous and friendly.
Great service all the time.
I rented a stretch limo for both my Bachelorette Party and Wedding Day. We got a 10% discount for booking two events, and a 10% discount for paying cash.
We got a free upgrade to a party bus for the Bachelorette Party! The vehicle seemed brand new. It was very clean and had a great sound system. Our driver was amazing, she was very friendly and easy going.
We had a white stretch limo for the Wedding. Again, beautiful and clean vehicle with a very friendly driver.
For both events the drivers were on time, very professional, and drove responsibly.
Would definitely use in the future and recommend to friends.
All the drivers I've had experience with are long-time professionals, known for their reliability and professionalism. The office always goes out of their way to accommodate our wishes and changes.
It must be tough being a fivestar company dealing with one starr patrons with taxi expectations. But their endurance through the long recession, still on top of their game, says something about the quality service we've come to expect.
Blackstone has consistently offered good service, clean cars, and competent safe drivers. On the rare occasion when there is a problem, it's quickly and professionally dealt with.
A very professional company with a personal touch.
ULC’s most ordered party bus is our 20 passenger bus. This bus is perfect for those intimate get-togethers where it’s a “members only” kind of party. All party busses in this size come black on the outside and black on the inside. Privacy is no problem in this party bus, as it has darkened exterior and fiber optic lights on the inside. This bus is the way to roll when going to sporting events, concerts, or just having a super fun night out on the town with your closet 20 friends. You can cozy up together, or have a dance fest in this roomy vehicle. You can go from sitting on the comfortable plush leather seats to dancing on the exciting and spacious dance floor, complete with laser lighting and mood settings. Plug in an iPod or mp3 player and you’ve got yourself a private party on wheels. This bus can fit 18 adults or 20-22 young adults, so it’s got just enough room to fit a couple of party animals, or a close bunch of friends going to a school dance or prom event.
