I have nothing but good things to say about Able Limousine. We hired them for my daughter's prom. They worked with me via text message to stay in contact and confirm the schedule. Everyone was professional and kind. Ralph Diaz was the driver and the kids loved him.
My only set back is that they booked another party/rental after mine. For 1 AM in the morning. It was across town and even though it was not my business to have to, I made sure to let the kids know they needed to all leave in a timely manner so that the driver had time to get to his next gig. Well, they did and they were 45 minutes early from the rental end time. It was late and I signed the contract and went to bed. When I brought this up with the owner, he said, so sorry, you signed off. So if you do rent a limo and do not use it for the full time, do not sign off on the contract until the time is fixed so you can get your fee adjusted. That is all.
Everything else was smooth and the kids had a wonderful time with Ralph.
Had a great experience with this company. They were friendly, competitively priced. Showed up on time, our driver was dressed professionally, very personable and helpful. I would use them again.
