Very nice drivers but beware if your travel plans change with less than 24 hour notice you lose. It is stated and you pay ( and I tipped) in advance., so when I called the morning of my 330 pm pickup I didn't expect a refund. However since I didn't need transportation that day I hoped to get a credit to use for a ride some other time. Unfortunately they wouldn't even consider it. Once they have your credit card info they won't cut you any slack so make sure you read it all carefully and know if your plans change you are screwed.
This service worked out great for us. They provide minivans with car seats (even kids movies on DVD too!). Having car seats provided was a HUGE plus.
The driver was helpful, on-time and the cost was much less than other services.
We'll definitely be using them for future trips. Glad we found them.
