Here's an update to my previous review. Even limo company owners need some down time, and the reason for the lack of response was because they took some time off.
I did receive a call to schedule the service when the office was again open (might suggest an "out of office" message the next time), scheduled my service and the driver was punctual, the vehicle was clean and I'm a happy customer and will use the company again.
Clearly, this isn't just a Kansas City car service - we offer the most elegant rides around. The Escalade SUV is exceptional. It affords customized seating for up to 18 people with all the amenities available and more. The two flat screens, DVD and auxiliary hook ups expand your entertainment possibilities and the 2 large bars ensure you won't be thirsty. The interior is not only spotlessly clean - it's the latest in plush black leather and sophistication. Just take a minute to look at the photos showing off the beauty inside and you'll want it.
