Ash, the owner, would not honor a previously agreed upon contract price and vehicle promised - saying that it was not an acceptable price for an "April prom-time Saturday night" - but the date, cost, and vehicle had all been agreed upon in JANUARY. Only found out when called to confirm two days ahead - he wanted $400 more for the base price for 5 hours! CANCELED IMMEDIATELY. Shady!! DO NOT USE.
Worst company ever!!! Do not reserve with them. I booked weks in advance check in more than once and still no one was there when we arrived - we ended up taking a car for our special trip - rediculous
Before leaving for our cruise, I spoke with Ash and coordinated our car service from Port Canaveral to Universal Studios and back. He arrived on time and the vehicle was clean. We could not have asked for better service. If we are back in the Orlando area, I would not hesitate to use this company again. Plus, it was a great alternative to taking the cruise ship sponsored bus to an excursion for not too much more money!
