Luxury Passenger Van

This is an above average car company in regards to customer service.

I contacted Joanna around 2am(this is after hours- was on a night rotation) a few days prior to our pick up and she pleasantly fulfilled our requests for a post cruise pick up from Port Canaveral to the MCO area.

We requested a Lincoln Stretch. This particular vehicle is showing its age both inside and out. It was the kid's first limo ride so it was good enough for that purpose.

I'd book again based solely on the responsive and friendly customer service I recieved, although next time, we will request a newer vehicle. Most car companies are about the same- but again, the customer service here is second to none. Phone number is saved in my phone book. Will book again!

We (three of us) used A1 for limo service from Port Canaveral to MCO.

We scheduled the service via phone call with them about three days in advance. We gave them our CC info, arrival time, number of passengers, etc.

On our return they called as we were getting off the ship and asked we call once we clear customs. We cleared customs shortly after - called them - and the driver was there in less that two minutes.

The driver was very nice and the ride to MCO smooth.

We dealt with Joanna - she was professional and responsive. We recommend A1 very highly.

BEWARE - SCAM!! I called this company, went to voicemail but I didn't leave a message. A few minutes later my phone rings with NO CALLER ID. I answer & it's Joanna. She seems very nice and because I read reviews here on Yelp that mentioned her name it all seemed like a normal transaction. I made the reservation, gave my credit card info etc. I asked when the card would be charged and she said this week. She provided a confirmation number and said she would send confirmation email. WELL a few hours later my credit card company contacted me with potential FRAUD!! Someone called them 4 times trying to access the account. This happened within minutes of the call I had with Joanna.

I thought this might be coincidental. If this company was legitimate I would receive confirmation email & they would contact me when they attempt to charge my card and it's declined. This hasn't happened so I am convinced this company is responsible for the attempted FRAUD!!
