False advertising! Their rates are actually about $100 more than their rate page says. Limo Alpine is baiting you to call by showing false rates.
I have been Limo Alpine's happy customer for the last couple of years. I travel a lot and use Alpine car service almost every time. One time I booked wrong date by mistake, the driver showed up at my house. Limo Alpine rebooked my reservation, did not charge me for my mistake since I have been their loyal customer.
Today the owner picked me up from SFO, told me the entire system was down and my reservation was manually recorded due to my last minute revision to my reservation two days ago. I feel sorry for other customers whose reservations might have been lost due to the system issue.
All in all, I have been very happy with Limo Alpine about their reasonable price, very professional drivers, and exceptional reliability.
