We specifically requested a limousine for a special family wine tasting day. We made all of the plans in advance and reviewed them with Rich. Rich knew we did not want a different vehicle. Unfortunately, his driver took matters into his own hands and showed up in an old van. We had to cancel and drive ourselves, which was really too bad because we had all been looking forward to the limo. I spoke to Rich on Monday and he apologized for his driver, and said he fired him. I guess that is all one can do under the circumstances.
I used R&R for towncar ground transportation from the SFO airport to the Renaissance Stanford Hotel on Nob Hill. Very friendly, great rates, and impeccably on time. Car was in pristine shape. Ask for Rich when you call!
