Bad experience. Had reserved a car to take me from Danbury to Westchester airport. Limo was 45 minutes late and no one called. I called and they told me that the car had broken down. And that they were simply canceling my reservation! A big problem, since I was trying to catch a flight. I spoke with the owner Angel, who miraculously got another car to pick me up, and said he would comp the trip. En route, I learned that I would miss my connecting flight, so went to a friend's nearby rather than the airport. With a slightly further destination, seems fair that there would be some additional cost. But was charged for more than the original estimate - the entire cost to the airport plus the additional - $230. I would be MORE than happy to negotiate, pay half, or something. But absolutely cannot get Angel on the phone. Have been trying for *months.*
