The Livermore Valley Wine Country is located less than an hour from San Francisco and is considered one of the state’s oldest wine regions, with a history that dates back to the 1760s. The first bottles of the varietal labeled Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Petite Sirah were bottled in this region. In fact an amazing 80% of California’s Chardonnay vines can trace their genealogy back to the Livermore Valley Wine Country.
As one of the most dynamic wine regions in the world, the Sonoma Valley wine region is home to award winning wineries, stately redwoods, and magnificent coastlines, world-class fine dining, and plenty of shopping. Nestled between rustic surroundings, the region is a mix of thick forested hills, beautiful green valleys, and lazy winding rivers.
Napa Valley is the rich and fertile crown jewel of California's Wine Country, and home to around 300 wineries in a small 35 mile region. The wineries in this area are almost as varied as they are numerous and include large estate wineries as well as charming boutique wineries. Wherever you travel in this scenic area, you are almost always surrounded by a vine-covered mountain or valley, and no matter what the time of year, you're in for a treat for all the senses.
A LITTLE HISTORY The Chevrolet Suburban is a full-size, extended-length sport utility vehicle from Chevrolet. It is the longest continuous use automobile nameplate in production, starting from 1933 for the 1935 U.S. model year, and has traditionally been one of General Motors’ most profitable vehicles. The Suburban has been produced under the Chevrolet, Holden, and GMC marques until the GMC version was rebranded as the GMC Yukon XL. For most of its recent history, the Suburban has been a station wagon-bodied version of the Chevrolet pickup truck, including the Chevrolet C/K and Silverado series of truck-based vehicles. Cadillac offers a version called the Escalade ESV. The Suburban is sold in the United States (including the insular territories), Canada, Mexico, Chile, and the Middle East (except Israel) as a Left-hand drive vehicle, while the Yukon XL is sold only in North America (United States and Canada) and The Middle East territories (except Israel).
