Disney's bus service is free, but it's not magical. You wait in line to check in, you wait in line to board the bus, you wait for the bus to arrive, and then you wait on the bus while they drop off people at hotels other than your own. Then you wait for your bags to arrive which could be another hour or more. (It's like they're prepping you for the waiting you'll be doing at the parks.)

Sunshine Limo waits for you in baggage claim. Your driver will help you with your bags and take you straight out to the car. Within 20 minutes you're at the hotel. It really is VIP service and a great way to start a vacation. Cars are always new and clean. Drivers are always friendly and some even offer complementary cold water.

I did a lot of research into different types of transportation from the Orlando airport to Port Canaveral for a recent vacation my family had planned. After reviewing some private car companies via TripAdvisor I decided to go with Sunshine as their prices were competitive and the reviews were good.

Paul was very attentive and informative via email when I first asked for a quote. When I had time changes, they were made immediately and a revised itinerary was emailed to me shortly afterward. I also needed a car seat at the very last minute and they were on top of it without giving me any hassle. That was much appreciated!

Lastly, the drivers were both helpful, professional, and prompt. The cars were clean and in good condition. They did not drive recklessly and were considerate of us and our baby. I highly recommend Clinton and Sandra.

Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received from Sunshine and I will definitely use them again the next time we are in Orlando.
