I used Cool Limos 4 Less for a group trip to the Orlando City Soccer game last Sunday night. They were very easy to deal with and had a great vehicle - a Hummer H2 Limo. The driver arrived on time and was extremely courteous and friendly. The ride to the game was awesome, and we scored a premium parking spot which we needed because it rained heavily during and after the game. The driver even had extra umbrellas to help us through the rain. I can't wait to use this service again for our next event and highly recommend them.
Booked a trip with this company for 2/19/2017. I had to cancel it, and they claimed they would refund me. Called yesterday on 3/2/2017 and he said they refunded me and that he would call me back in an hour with a reference number. Well, no call back and still no refund. Thank god for charge backs. I called my card company to cancel the charge. Based on this and other reviews I have read, I will not call them again.
Our newer large shuttle bus has been recently upgraded to an executive bus. Its forward-facing, reclining, high-back black leather seats have seatbelts. Included amenities are a P.A. system, flat panel display, CD/DVD player, and MP3 player hook-up. We have an optional luggage storage wall for wine tours or airport transfers, which reduces the passenger count to 22. This bus has a five hour minimum on Fridays and Sunday and a six hour minimum on Saturdays. Complimentary chilled bottled water provided for all passengers during service. Passengers may consume their own food and beverage on board.
