Today Mr. Gil arrived promptly to great us just as advertised though company video. He located our baggage claim pick up area for us and gathered our luggages Shortly afterwards. Mr Gil then lead us to our elite vehicle which was clean, comfortable and spacious.
As Mr. Gil drove us to our port of call he engaged us in pleasant conversation.
Once arriving at our port to embark on the carnival Magic he ensured our drop off was at the door and that handlers took our luggage to our room before wishing us a wonderful restful trip.
Mr. Gil was pleasant, respectful, and very professional. I would highly recommend using Mr. Gil as your driver. I will definitely be requesting Mr. Gil for further driving needs.
Booked Ace to transport our family round trip to a cruise and the airport. I was nervous about this, but they delivered on all expectations as stated. I would most certainly recommend and use Ace's service again when in the Orlando area. The drivers were prompt, courteous, and professional.
The van we rented was clean and smoke free (thankfully, as I forgot to ask).

We recently booked Ace Luxury Transportation on a 3 way service from Orlando MCO International airport to Port Canaveral Cruise terminal on June 8th with a pick up from cruise terminal to Epcot center back to MCO on June 15th. (Group of 9) They held our luggage while we ventured off at Epcot center therefore, this made our experience stress free as we didn't have to worry about our luggage.
