Here's an update to my previous review. Even limo company owners need some down time, and the reason for the lack of response was because they took some time off.
I did receive a call to schedule the service when the office was again open (might suggest an "out of office" message the next time), scheduled my service and the driver was punctual, the vehicle was clean and I'm a happy customer and will use the company again.
