This H2 Hummer Stretch Limo is the ultimate in luxury and convenience. With seating for up to 18 passengers, this limousine is equipped with decorate lighting, AM/FM Stereos, 2 huge 15'' flat TV's, DVD, dual rear a/c, wood floor, large ice coolers, and accessible rear controls. These limos comfortable seat about 16-18 passengers but it will fit 20 maximum. There are about 10 champagne flutes and 20 rock glasses. Every package comes stock with refreshments like water, sodas, etc. Alcohol is at extra charge unless specified (excluding weddings). These elegant limousines are at your service for Cruise Transfer to Port Canaveral or any occasion, from weddings to proms to sporting events to nights out, or simply for a more memorable ride to one of our Area Airports. Prom packages are based on garage to garage time-frame.

Would never recommend this service. I booked a limo to surprise my son and new daughter in law to bring them to the airport the morning after their wedding to go on their honeymoon. The driver NEVER showed up!!!! Thank goodness we were at the same hotel and were able to get them there to barely make their flight out. I called as soon as they opened but no answer and no call back - so unprofessional!!!! I did receive an email stating the driver overslept and they did not charge my card and they were sorry for the inconvenience.... Seriously??? I was so very disappointed for them. Please do not use them!

If you look up "Customer Service" in the dictionary, there should be a picture of Ken from AM-PM Tours.

My wife and I planned a long weekend to visit my parents in Cocoa Beach, FL in Feb 2014. The night before we were to depart, a huge snowstorm hit DC and our flight was cancelled. I was able to get the wife out on an early flight the next day and I had to take a later flight.

I talked with Ken about the situation on the phone to give him updates. He already knew as he was proactively monitoring our flight statuses.

He had to make 2 round trips within hours of each other from Orlando to Cocoa Beach, and his attitude was great!

To add another wrinkle, my sister was coming in the next day. We asked if he can pick her up as well. He was more than happy to go back and pick her up in Orlando and bring her to Cocoa.

He also took us back to Orlando Airport separately. All in all, he had to make 4.5 round trips from Orlando to Cocoa and he made ourselves feel welcomed!

The car was pristine. Cold water was waiting for us on all of our trips.

Conversation was excellent as well. Ken can either talk with you until your hearts content (our trip to Cocoa), or leave you be if you wish (our trip back home..had to nap).

I am looking forward to using AM PM Tours again next year for our trip to Fl. and I highly recommend them.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
The transport company will charge the client for each additional stop on a transfer trip. The charge amount depends on the type of vehicle chosen.
Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
Delay over 15 minutes at the client's fault will incur an additional charge of up to 20 % of the fare.
The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

100% refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 24 hours before the run.
If canceled less than 24 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

2. Hourly (Standard)

100% refund if canceled 1 weeks before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

100% refund if canceled 2 weeks before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.
