If I could give less than one star, I would! I previously used these guys and they sent a Prius instead of a limo (without prior notice), but since it was only two of us and a low rate, I forgave them. Additionally, the driver & the car smelled like b.o. & cigarette smoke!
Well, time heals & I forgave, but got BURNED big time. First of all, EVERY ground transportation company/shuttle I take at both ends of a trip ask what airline, flight number, & flight time and usually recommend the pick up time, my adult son said they never asked for the info and he had to calculate the pick up time. They called my wife's phone to confirm the pickup yesterday (even though my son gave my number) and they had the address partly wrong.
The driver for the trip to the airport was a no-show, and they have no one answering their phones, so we had to take our car AND nearly missed our flight. The driver called while we were on our way to airport and said he overslept, but said if we could wait 45-minutes for him, he would come get us. I could only laugh at the thought of waiting for this idiot while our once-per-day flight took off. I can't imagine the frustration if the limo company was our only option.
Since we didn't have time to look for parking options (now that we were cutting it close thanks to these clowns), we wound up going to one of the parking ramps that has constant shuttles to the airport. It ultimately cost a bit more to park than the cost of the limo plus tip.
BTW, these idiots also operate under the name BLK Sedan Limo.
