I want to share the great experience and service my husband and I received when our driver picked us up at the Grand Hyatt in San Francisco on January 8th. We have always taken the BART when we go into and out of San Francisco. We have never considered calling for a driver because we thought the cost would be outrageous. For whatever reason that day we decided to ask the Concierge at our hotel to call for a car. We were shocked to hear that someone would be there to pick us up in 10 mins. Our driver Azad was there in exactly 10 mins, if not sooner. Azad instantly greeted us with a big warm smile. On the way to the airport he shared with us the history and information of the city. His driving was more than perfect. And the cost was reasonable. We were very pleased to have been driven to the airport by Azad that day and will for sure use Grand Limousine the next time we are in San Francisco... and I will always request for Azad to pick us up.

We used this service Memorial Day morning to go from Fishermans Wharf to SFO. The town car and driver were there 20 minutes early and service was great. Chu (sp?) was out driver and he was courteous and professional. Traffic was a breeze thankfully and we got to airport in like 25 minutes. I wish we had used this service to hotel at beginning of trip! We will definitely call them next time we are in the Bay Area.
