We recently used TransGate to go back and forth from IAH Airport to Galveston for a cruise. When we arrived to Houston, our driver was well-dressed and clearly visible with our name on an iPad. The SUV had plenty of room for all of our bags.
When we came off our cruise ship in Galveston, we got through customs earlier than expected, so I called the company and they had a vehicle there within minutes. Again, a very positive experience.

I have been using Kids on the Go for a year. Although i'm usually satisfied with the service that they offer, one of the drivers are grouchy and he does not turn his air conditioning on in his van. However, drivers like Mr William is kind and offers great advice. I hope the unnamed driver can be kinder to his customers in the future.

Not only was Sunny a success but she continues to turn heads and light up people’s faces whenever she rolls down the road. As with many first borns, we focused on the most important fundamentals and babied her to death. She taught us how to fix a scratch here and there without losing sleep and how to work around the unique challenges that an antique bus has. Sunny is the heart of our company – our first child – our most loved.
