A 50th birthday trip for 8 girls flying in NoLa used Riverbend. Our driver "Roger" met us at baggage claim with a Happy Birthday sign! The driver was early, friendly and held up a sign so he could find us in the hotel lobby. And when we weren't quite ready, he patiently waited. Couldn't have been more happy, we had a great time riding around in the Limobus. One of the favorite parts of our wedding was the limobus ride with the entire bridal party from the church to the reception; we had a blast! I recently used Alert Transportation for a group trip to New Orleans and Carnival cruise to Cozumel Mexico. I hired the 25 passenger min-bus for our three transfers (airport, cruise port, airport) and added a city tour for our group of 18 travelers. Each experience with this company was FIRST CLASS!! Our three drivers were very timely and extremely professional. My group had children, adults and a person with mobility issues and Alert handled us exceptionally on each transfer. We also scheduled a 3-hour city tour upon our return to New Orleans prior to our transfer to the airport. Gary, our driver and tour guide was exceptional! His knowledge of New Orleans history (to include Hurricane Katrina facts) was amazing. Then entire experience from scheduling to our final drop-off at the airport was flawless!!
