We used Capitol 3 times during my daughter and son (in-laws) wedding this past week. 2 rides in from the airport and one on the day of the wedding. Both times the trip from the airport the riders were happy and picked up on time.
The day of the wedding we got the big 14 seater which was very nice and fun. Hoping to get 5 shuttles to a very close church (from the hotel), we only got 3 because of the length of the limo. Just a beware not their fault. The driver was very nice and the bride and bridesmaids had a lot of fun. The price was very fair comparatively yet the bride never go her complimentary bottle of champagne they include, and when i called for a bottle for the airport run, they said they would have to make a special trip and charge more. They should keep a case or two on hand?
All in all I would recommend them and use them again!

We used Capitol limosine as an airport transfer to our downtown Napa hotel. We will never use them again
