When another limo company called the morning of my kid's prom to say the party bus I'd rented had broken down & nothing else was available, I called Eddy at Abiano Limo, and he kindly & quickly saved the day (or night, as it were). I am not sure what happened for me, but the experience I had was nothing like the experience most customers are writing about here. I decided to book a limo for a trip to Sonoma/Napa for my wife's 30th birthday and with so many positive reviews on yelp, I decided to go with Abiano.
The booking part of the process was quick and painless. After calling, I was sent an email confirmation and a request for our planned itinerary. The only issue I had was during the booking process was when I asked about the year and model of the car, to which the response was, "our limos are all Lincolns and they are the latest model". The way my question was brushed off without any concrete information like the actual year/model of the car should have been a warning.
