I would give them 22 stars and a million kisses and hugs. After the horrible Yellowcab screwed me and took over 3 hours to still not ever come pick my aunt up, I called Texas Town Car. The amazing dispatcher kindly gave my aunt a courtesy call to let her know why her ride was late. The driver was at my aunt's door 10 minutes after I placed the request. Amazingly, she still arrived on time to her location due to their prompt service. To top it all off it cost less than the cab would have!

Scheduled and paid for a limo for my daughter's wedding and the limo driver never showed up. I tried calling numerous times and no answer. When I emailed them, they didn't seem too apologetic. Very frustrating and upsetting to have your daughter's special day ruined.

Hired this company for service from airport to hotel on the Riverwalk for a group vacation. The driver arrived in a 15 pax van. At NO time during the booking was a van and NOT a limo mentioned. Even if you go on their website there is no mention of a 15 pax van. We added 2 people to our group and it was supposed to be $20 more and during time of payment they wanted $40 more.

Javier the driver was very pleasant and a safe driver.
