The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
The transport company reserves the right to upgrade passengers to a better class of vehicle.
Smoking is not permitted in all our vehicles.
Not responsible for delays or the termination due to weather causing unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
Customer Satisfaction credit will be limited to 10 % of the fare.
Tips are optional. 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on all corporate and 3rd party travel, 20 % (of the fare) Gratuity will be added on Barter or Promo Sales.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

100% refund if canceled 26 weeks before the trip.
80 % refund if canceled 14 days before the run.
If canceled less than 14 days before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 600 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

2. Hourly (Standard)

100% refund if canceled 26 weeks before the trip.
80 % refund if canceled 14 days before the trip.
If canceled less than 14 days before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 600 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

100% refund if canceled 26 weeks before the trip.
80 % refund if canceled 14 days before the trip.
If canceled less than 14 days before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 600 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
