I was extremely pleased with 2 Brothers Car Service! Jack showed up exactly on time to drive us to LAX in a luxurious SUV that comfortably fit 6 adults and 6 pieces of luggage. We found Jack to be very personable and offered cold water, gum and mints. Since we were returning on an international flight, Jack knew we would be in customs for some time but still arrived as soon as we landed. He had no problem waiting for us for 1 1/2 hours to clear customs. I have already referred this company to friends and family and will continue to use their service for our next trip.
We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. I arranged a car for my 19 year old son who was flying across the country to spend time with family north of Los Angeles. Making the reservation was easy, the driver arrived on time at the airport and he delivered my son with a smile after traveling 2 hours (35 miles) in Friday rush hour traffic. He also was very courteous and professional. "No worries" I was told when making the reservation. There were 'no worries' at all with our service . Thank you!!

I appreciate the follow-up five years later. I have two comments above because the second was in response to your initial rebuttal of my first review. However, your rebuttal was so aggressive and fraught with contradictions that I'm assuming you pulled it off of Yelp because it was more damaging to your business than my review was. I'm sure you have it in your email somewhere...if not, I have a screen shot saved someplace.
Feel free to look at my other reviews and notice that they exhibit a normal rating distribution with no other reviews as negative as this one.
I understand that you now trying to downplay my older review with additional lies but I did not come out from the moon and spoke with your company at length that evening and after the event and...no, we did not have a good time. See my account in the prior reviews which has not changed.
