1938 Vintage Cadillac Fleetwood. The back of this vehicle is massive. It even has additional seats that fold up out of the floor.
I called them last minute because I didn't know who else to use. Daylight saving time had just occured and the driver forgot about the time change and showed up 45 minutes early. Had time not changed, he would've shown up 15 minutes late. But I digress.
When he arrived, he asked if I could be ready a bit earlier because he wanted to make it to church. Now, I'm all about helping someone out, but put this question into some context: The driver was asking me (the customer) to expedite so he could do his job quicker, even though I gave them an exact time to arrive and HE showed up early.
Out of guilt and respect, I speed up my preparations so we leave about 20 minutes early. That didn't matter though, because when he went to help me with my bags into the trunk, it wouldn't latch. The driver spent the next 20 minutes trying to latch the trunk which did not work. He ended up tying it shut. I'm serious.
The driver tied the trunk shut because the latch wouldn't work. I felt that needed to be repeated.
The drive to the airport was fine and I arrived with no issues other than the ones I've already mentioned. Was it a horrible experience? No. But that's only because of daylight savings time. I won't use them again.
This was my first time to Chicago and I was in need for a bus to accommodate 35+ clients to and from our hotel to Wrigley Field. As you can imagine, the anxiety was high to find an exceptional company to follow through especially in an unfamiliar state with no prior recommendations.
When booking the bus, Ryan at Top Fleet was VERY HELPFUL and an absolute professional, he offered us multiple bus and limousine options as well as flexible point to point or hourly bookings. To me trust and the integrity of the bus/limo company that I use is of the utmost importance, the reasons for which are apparent as you read the many Yelp reviews. While Top Fleet's rates are competitive, I would even pay a little more to deal with Ryan and company. They are class acts and straight shooters.
