KidCar definitely isn't cheap, but your options in NYC for equal safety and ease with small children aren't numerous. We brought our 2, 4 and 6 year old boys to the city over the holidays and KidCar made travel to and from the airport super easy in a really clean car with an extremely nice driver each way. Highly recommend them (but do budget in the price, as it's far more than a regular NYC taxi - but well worth it!)
The drivers were great! We felt very well cared for. Pickup was on time and easy to manage through the app.
Otherwise the app sucks. Not being able to change the default tip from 15% is annoying, and it took a long time for my credit card to be charged. But the person who runs the company is nice and easy to reach.
We'll definitely use the service again; I'll just bring cash for an extra tip.
A lifesaver for parents with infants who need to get around safely. I had trouble using the app at first and immediately received a phone call from their customer service who rectified the issue to help me avoid unnecessary charges. Driver was helpful and even played "baby music" on the ride. It's not cheap, but great to have in a pinch. Really grateful for this service.
My family has used Beni Limo's for several parties (proms and sweet sixteens). Each time it was a great experience. Beni made sure everything was perfect. Definitely would use them again and recommend. They make you feel comfortable. Beni even remembered my family when we went back to him for our next occasion. Love them.
I’m so happy we found Beni Limo! We booked them for our August 6, 2016 wedding and they were the perfect choice. We had a lot of logistics to manage, including multiple trips to pick up a large wedding party and family from out of town. Beni handled everything exceptionally and we were really impressed when we went to visit and got to see all of the vehicles they had to offer. We also needed a coach bus to transport some out of town guests from a hotel to the wedding venue and Beni was able to secure one for us with one of their partners. It was great to just work with one vendor and know that everything was handled. All the transportation was on time, and the drivers took care getting our guests to and from the wedding venue. The limos were clean, and the drivers were professional. Highly recommend them, they are fantastic!
