SO glad I ended up using Luxor! I just wanted to treat someone with a town car to take them to dinner for a significant birthday, and found Luxor online. I made the reservation on their website, and communicated completely via email.
Their customer service is outstanding -- I had to make a few changes to my reservation, and they responded quickly and efficiently, keeping in communication regularly as well. Our driver was early, and I received a text letting me know where he was. He was super nice, and the car was spotless and very comfortable. I also felt that it was a reasonable price, particularly having compared to other companies.
I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them!
Pros:
Driver was waiting when I got off the plane.
Got upgraded to a Escalade.
Cons:
Driver never spoke one word to us.
Walk to the car and never tuned around to see where we were.
I also ordered a differnt car for my friend who was coming in at a diffferent time who had a great driver, who was very friendly.
I would give them another chance next time i am in the city.
