I can not say enough good things about this company. I need six stars for sure.

Both myself as well as my parents (who live in New York) use this service for all of our travel needs to get to the airport.

They are exceptionally professional, flawlessly reliable (always arriving early), and competitively priced.

I use them for all of my trips to the airport whether it be for business or leisure. They have gone out of their way for me many times -- installing car seats, and even one time rushing me back home halfway through my journey when I realized I had left something essential at home and still getting me to the airport on time. When I return from a trip, and am picked up by them, I feel as if I am already home.

Water is often waiting in the car.

It would be an exercise in insanity to use Uber or Lyft over their service, when you can ride in luxury, have your ride reliably scheduled in advance, be treated exceptionally and with the utmost off care, for pretty much the same price.

Whatever you do, do NOT book Seattle Elite Towncar for your wedding getaway. Unless, of course, you want the driver to offer your car to other guests at your wedding when he arrives to pick you up, so that he can get more than one fare for the night. And if you want him to then come back for you 45 minutes later and be completely unapologetic. He never opened a door for us, he used his cell phone while driving, and he did not help us with our luggage. Oh, and did I mention that we had to PRE-PAY a $10 tip? To recap: dishonesty, 45 minutes late, awful service, $10 mandatory tip, no apologies. And he refused to refund a dime when we called to complain.
