Great service from start of making the reservation, till I initialed the agreement completed from the driver at the end of the night!
We had 15 kids in their spacious Hummer Limo. The driver arrived on time, went over the rules, made us parents feel relaxed, and the night went off without a concern. The kids including my daughter said the driver was great and they had a lot of fun because of his great sense of humor throughput the night! Can't beat that or this service! Would definitely use this company for our next event
We needed an Escalade stretch limo for the bridal party and a party bus for my inlaws and out of town guests. Both vehicles were enjoyed fully. I've used ULC before in the past and they continued to work with me in a professional and exceptional manner.
I chose ULC limos specifically because I wanted a white Chrysler 300 limo for my wedding. Just an hour before the limo was scheduled to pick us up my fiance got a call that the limo we requested was broken and that we would be "upgraded" at no extra charge to a 36 passenger bus. Needless to say I was NOT pleased with this last minute switch. To make matters worse the air conditioning vent in the back of the bus dripped all over my wedding dress! We literally had to ask the driver to stop the bus in the middle of the road so we could move to the front. Several of the bridesmaids dresses had stains on them from the air conditioning drips.
