Booked an escalade limo months in advance for my wedding. They didn't even call or show up with a spare limousine on the day of my wedding. I called several times and left voicemails. After I threatened to sue by email, I got a call right before I walked down the aisle! The excuse was owner was out of town and so he didn't know, and limo is in the repair shop. The most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with in my life!! Definitely don't recommend to no one!!!
