Scheduled service from Boston to New Bedford then a return trip from New Bedford to Logan Airport a few months before the trip. Making the reservation was easy and was thoroughly & accurately documented in an email. The drivers texted about an hour before arriving as a reminder. The drivers were friendly (and good drivers!!!). Very reasonable cost and the vans were clean (while there were only 3 of us, we were on a 10 day trip with lots of luggage so opted for a van as the cost was so reasonable). Highly recommend their service all around.
We used Yes! We Van for the first time for a round trip from Tiverton, RI to Logan airport. Both legs were on Sundays. The quoted price was very reasonable. Our trip to Logan was at the tail end of a snowstorm. Noel did a great job communicating and adjusting our departure time. Our pickup was late on a Sunday night. Once again, communication was excellent, the pickup was straightforward, and the drive home was easy and painless.
