Driver was waiting for us upon arrival to airport. Quick and efficient service. More inexpensive than other competitors we tried and not much more than the three uber vehicles our party would have required. Highly recommend.
I recently used Alert Transportation for a group trip to New Orleans and Carnival cruise to Cozumel Mexico. I hired the 25 passenger min-bus for our three transfers (airport, cruise port, airport) and added a city tour for our group of 18 travelers. Each experience with this company was FIRST CLASS!! Our three drivers were very timely and extremely professional. My group had children, adults and a person with mobility issues and Alert handled us exceptionally on each transfer. We also scheduled a 3-hour city tour upon our return to New Orleans prior to our transfer to the airport. Gary, our driver and tour guide was exceptional! His knowledge of New Orleans history (to include Hurricane Katrina facts) was amazing. Then entire experience from scheduling to our final drop-off at the airport was flawless!! I would use them again and again without hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Terrible!!! Really bad customer service! My fiancé and I called them on Saturday and spoke to a girl. We told her that we wanted to book an 8 passenger limo for 2 hours for a wedding. We went over where this was taking place and where the drop offs would be so she was well aware of the city. She quoted us a reasonable price and let us know that in order to book we would need to fill out a form and pay half the total. We said we would come on Monday and she told us to come at 3.
On the Monday my fiancé called them to reconfirm. They told him that the girl had misquoted him and told him it would be an extra $100. A conversation took place for 30 minutes involving different people coming on the phone. After this they agreed to do it for the original price they had "misquoted" us and told us to drive over and do the paperwork.
When he got there and started the paperwork another guy got involved and said that they couldn't do this. Waste of time. Bad attitudes. Wouldn't use if they were free.
All in all they did us a favor as another company has given us a cheaper quote than these idiots and they seem to understand customer service and professionalism.
Alert Transportation did a great job the night of our wedding. They were easy to get in touch with and coordinate with beforehand.
The driver was early, friendly and held up a sign so he could find us in the hotel lobby. And when we weren't quite ready, he patiently waited. Couldn't have been more happy, we had a great time riding around in the Limobus. One of the favorite parts of our wedding was the limobus ride with the entire bridal party from the church to the reception; we had a blast! Thank you so much for driving us around and getting us everywhere on time. Keep doing what you're are doing!!
A 50th birthday trip for 8 girls flying in NoLa used Riverbend. Our driver "Roger" met us at baggage claim with a Happy Birthday sign! We walked a short bit to the parking garage where the Limo was parked. The Limo was stocked with anything you wanted to drink! We started the party with music and champagne! Our driver was not in a rush. He wanted us to sit back and enjoy our ride! He also stopped at the grocery store so that we could run in and pick up some items for our VRBO. What a g
I booked Riverbend for my wedding and they were phenomenal! We had constant communication and were given the best experience! I will highly recommend them to anyone needing limousine services and will definitely be booking them again if I ever need!
