I did not have ayn issues on my recent business trip to NJ. The Royal Coachman driver was standing in baggage claim at EWR, holding my name on an iPad. Not handwritten in someone's chicken scratch. The car was pretty much brand new and clean. The driver very courteous as well as nice and kept up good conversation. He knew exactly where I was going.
I made the reservation on line and everything went directly to my credit card so I didn't have to pay anything out when I arrived at my destination. Gratuity was automatically added on, which I'm OK with. In fact, I thought for the service I got it was a little low.
It's great to not to have to worry about transportation, being on time, and not dealing with shady cab drivers or even shady drivers.
